Circa 1606 Map of Japan (Japonia) that includes Korea by map maker Gerardus Mercator and published by Jodocus Hondius. Original hand colored details were applied to the engraving. This map also includes two pages of text in French on the reverse and is framed under UV matt finish glass on both sides. The map is in excellent condition considering it’s age and materials.
