This map has been made at the beginning of the 2nd world war, during “la drole de guerre”. It shows the different belligerent with different flags and different colors. To the left side of the map, the detail of the different colors with their signification. Western Poland, Tchecolosvaquie and Austria are rattached to Germany, and represented by Nazis flags. Sovietic flags in Eastern Poland and Russia. French flags in France, North Africa and Syria. Britannic flags in Great Britain and Palestina, Holy Land, Cyprus. Size with margins : 60 x 75,5 cm / 23,6 x 29,5 inches. Desfossés-Néogravure, Paris-Soir, 1940, XXe Century. Condition : good condition, antique colors.
